Welcome to Little Louis, a tranquil retreat in the heart of Prince Edward County. Inspired by the Hameau de la Reine - the Country escape of Marie-Antoinette, gifted to her by her husband King Louis XVI - this beloved 1863 farmhouse was fully renovated in 2020. Located on one acre of land just outside the village of Ameliasburgh, this playfully posh, whimsically regal home offers a princely take on a County getaway. 2 hours from Toronto, 10 minutes to Wellington, 5 minutes to Roblin Lake.

Megan holds an MFA from NSCAD Unviersity as well as a Diplome des beaux-arts from Dawson College (2012) and a BFA with Honours from OCAD University (2015). She has travelled extensively by foot, partaking in residencies in Spain and the United Kingdom, NGO projects in Vietnam and held positions as art instructor at various institutions in Europe and Canada. Megan currently works from her studio in Prince Edward County, Ontario where she creates mixed media paintings and teaches children and adult workshops.

Amenities include a wood burning fireplace in the Great Room and an outdoor fire pit for gatherings. Our exercise/yoga studio has an elliptical and a tread mill, as well as a ping pong table. Outside games, including badminton, spike ball and frisbee golf are available for your enjoyment. We have water access for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boards and are 5 kms to Sandbanks Park for swimming.
