Whether you're hosting at a cozy lakeside retreat or an elegant venue of your choosing, Freddie will curate an intimate, themed tasting for you and your 10–24 guests. Over two to three engaging hours, he’ll guide you through hand-selected wines—each with a story, a purpose, and a flavour that sparks curiosity. Expect more than just tasting notes. Freddie weaves wine into conversation, sparking laughter, learning, and maybe a little friendly debate.
Pairing is available with artisanal charcuterie or elevate the evening further by adding a private chef.
