The space
The Parsonage is a newly refurbished boutique manse with a “moditional” (modern/traditional) vibe to country living. The Parsonage has all the amenities of a city home, nestled among the quiet residents of Rednersville Road.
This charming property has a surprise around every corner. Of course it’s a traditional space, but we promise you will smile and perhaps illicit the occasional chuckle, when you encounter the colourful, quirky and historical elements and curiosities that the Parsonage offers up.
Up to 6 Adults can enjoy their choice of 3 cheerful and well appointed bedrooms and the use of 3.5 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite!).
Towards the back, you’ll find a cozy sun room that looks onto a tangled magical garden, with water views of Quinte Bay that leads onto a back deck for meals and socializing.
The Parsonage has a well-equipped kitchen, wireless internet and ample parking. For your added safety the Parsonage has smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors within each bedroom and on each floor.
Meals can be enjoyed indoors in the dining room or in the enclosed porch. For outdoor grilling, you’ll also find a BBQ on the lower patio in the back garden.
Upon your Parsonage arrival, you’ll discover ample parking for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway or the semi- circular parking pad.
